This place was a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the area, with a great selection of breakfast options and comfortable accommodations for my 6-night stay.

I was upgraded to a large twin room with a great view of the town. Having an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioner was very convenient. The personnel was excellent and best.

From the exceptional staff, especially the lovely lady at the front reception called 'HOP', to the spacious and comfortable room with great ocean views, everything was top-notch. the breakfast was delicious and we also loved using the world famous California Gym on the 4th floor. This hotel is definitely one of the very best we've stayed at, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Cons: Couldn't fault it! 😊.

The beach, although across a busy road, was really nice. The California gym was free for hotel guests, with great service and prompt responses. The hotel rooms were satisfactory, equipped with everything needed. The TV had a good selection of famous movies. The hotel even had canopies on the beach for guests. Everything was conveniently situated, with the beach, malls, markets, and restaurants close by. The view from my room was fantastic and the gym was spacious and impressive. The easy and comfortable stay made it a great experience. The hotel, although relatively new, had potential, with an upgraded suite that was impressive. However, a few issues needed addressing, such as the pool and the communication with the gym. The restaurant options were limited and undertrained staff. a beautiful hotel with immense potential and a great location.

Plus, the hotel provided daily cleaning service and had polite staff. this hotel offered pure luxury and was one of the very best I have experienced worldwide.

The staff here are fantastic and the location is perfect, close to the Khanh Hoa Museum and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, a shopping complex, and an entertainment complex.
